Damaged Goods Policy
Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are intended for a one time usage and many items are personalized, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. All sales are final.
Should you receive a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 969-7417 with your invoice number. We will send out a replacement at no charge.
When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker) or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment. All claims must be made within 2 business days.
Shipping Charges and Policies
Shipping charges are as follows:
$0.00-$25.00 = $6.75
$25.01-$50.00 = $7.75
$50.01-$100.00 = $8.75
$100.01-$150.00 = $9.75
$150.01-$200.00 = $11.50
$200.01-$300.00 = $13.50
$300.01-$400.00 = $17.50
$400.01- $500.00 = $23.00
$500.01+ = $30.00
Oversized packages or extremely heavy packages will be shipped actual freight.
Add an additional $20.00 for 2 day air.
Add an additional $10.00 for same day shipping rush fee.
Add an additional $20.00 up charge for any package going to AK, HI, CN, & PR
Note-any shipments going to AK, HI, PR & CN are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service).
All U.S. packages 16+ ounces will be shipped UPS.
There is a $3.00 ship fee per order for any order drop shipped.
